The first part of our eight-hour session was to lay out the social business structure which dealt with how social media is handled within a company and why that structure is so incredibly important for business success. We also looked the difference in management models which are directly correlated to the different ways that social media is handled among a corporation. After an in depth introduction to social media structure we were given a work book that was to be used to apply to our own businesses. Although I am just an intern, I was able to use Accelerator as an example for myself.
