I was just diagnosed with an Arachnoid Cyst in the Posteria Fossa yesterday, I am currently 26 weeks pregnant with my 2nd son, I have been searching sites to see just how this could effect my pregnancy and unborn child, I know next to nothing about this condition except for what I have been reading online, I have seen a Neurologist this week due to what was believed to be a stroke, he informed me that what was found on the MRI was not of concern and sent me away. My OBGyn on the other hand is more concerned, due to the symptoms I'm experiencing he will not release me back to work in fear I will experience paralysis in my limbs, fall, and hurt my child, I'm currently walking around with a cane, and am schedule for physical therapy next week, I am good and terrified now.
