As a survivor of depression, compulsive overeating, binge eating, bulimia, emotional and sexual abuse, I have had experience struggling firsthand. I never felt worthy or good enough in anything she did. For years, I replaced one bad habit with another all while searching for more through therapy and hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in self-help books, classes and seminars. From an early age I lived on prescription drugs for asthma and allergies. In my late teens I was put on additional medication for ulcers, chemical imbalance, high blood pressure, anxiety and depression until I was taking 13 prescriptions a day. I eventually came to realize that therapy with some of the best psychologists simply re-opened old wounds week after week, until she felt worn raw. Many of the so-called coaches out there did not have the answers, despite claims otherwise. I took it upon myself to get off all the medications, that still left me feeling ill, and take a more holistic approach. It's been over 22 years free from traditional medicine and therapy, now living an authentic life, happy, healthy and free!
I decided that there had to be a better way. Twenty years ago I developed the FINE to FAB process of going from feeling F.I.N.E. (F’d Up, Insecure, Neurotic and Emotional) to being F.A.B. (Fabulous, Awesome, Beautiful) without blame, shame, or years of therapy. The process is based on the best strategies that she learned and used it to heal herself.
With the creation of the 7 Secrets to FAB and a supportive network of women experiencing the same struggles.I discovered what it meant to truly feel fulfilled.
Since that time, I have dedicated my life to helping other women find that same inner peace, happiness and freedom by sharing this process. When I dedicated myself to becoming FAB, I had the opportunity to finally root out the source of my unhappiness and get rid of it.
