After the movie was over i came home. I use the restroom and i touched my vagina. Could i get pregnant? Please help!

I am 14 and me and my boyfriend were making out while watching a movie. Our clothes were on but he was touching my genital area or "fingering". I gave him a hand job and when I had sperm on my hands I wiped it off on the sheets and our shirts.
