I am a 53 year old Registered Nurse. I had a Heart Attack 1/9/11 and had a stent placed. I am a type 2 Diabetic with good glucose control. Hypertension, Anxiety and Depression round that out. I had a total Hysterectomy 1/2/14 and it was discovered I had severe Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, 12 cm fibroid tumor and huge cysts on both ovaries.

My Spouse is retired, we have two cats and live in an apartment. No family close. Work is very important to me - I work with the elderly in Rehab and End-of-Life, currently I work in the MDS department at a desk job, since my heart attack and general decline in health.
