Ah. The dreaded weight plateau. The bane of the dieter's existence. What to do?

Believe it or not, maybe you should start eating more. Your metabolism has possibly gone into starvation mode and is hanging on for dear life to your fat. Add more good fat, like olive oil and omega-3 oils.

Surprise your body with more, or different, exercise. Your body may have gotten used to the same old workout. Spend a little more time exercising a little harder and see if things don't change.

Wondering how you hit the snag of a weight plateau or why you can't get out? Start a food diary. It may bring light to your mystery. You may be eating more than you realized, or maybe there's a certain time of day when you're more vulnerable to snacking. An honest food diary can bring these things to light.
