Four Steps to Greater Allergy Relief

Sneezing, itching, congestion, watery eyes, it's that time of year again. Allergy season is upon us and apparently this is the worst allergy season we have seen in some years. So for those of you who suffer from seasonal allergies and are suffering from them right now, I offer up my most sincere condolences.

Dr. Deb provides a four step prescription to ease some of the allergy miseries -- Avoid it, Clean it, Prevent it and Dry it. These four steps can eliminate many of the allergens that cause such discomfort.

Dr. Deb says, "I’ve struggled with allergies for years. I swear by step 2 or clean it. Rinse the allergens away and then I use Nasal Crom at the first hint of itchiness which works well for both me and my children. I hope that you can get out and smell the flowers but don’t forget to rinse it off when you are done!"
