Hi am 21 days late 4 my period.i didnt have any unprotected sex ever rather than dry humping with my bf on 16 jan and next day got the period and my period was suppose to come on 17 feb but they dint show up yet.Really worried m confident as v both didnt any careless mistake as his gentials were completly dry and dint contact my gentials at all.
but as the periods are not showing up its increasing my stress and anxiety.
please help me by replying today.Dint wana do any preg test as my heart knos i'vnt done anything wrong!!!

Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. You are correct in seeing that 0.8is normal for a non-pregnant woman. You are not pregnant. There must be some other reason why you are not getting your period. It is not uncommon for a period to be skipped every once in a while, particularly if you're young. If you don't get your period by the end of this month, you can call your doctor for an appointment. They may want to rule out some things to try and figure out what could be going on. But it's not pregnancy based on all the tests you've taken.
