2 days late one clot 2 days lights flow then 2 days brown spotting what's wrong?

I am 24 this July.In march my period was march 31-April 4th. Then April 27-30 so for may it would have been the 24th till the 27th
I was spotting brown for the 26th. On the 27th I had a fairly large clot. (Was not a circular shape more of a line). From the time of the clot till evening of the 29th i had a light period used light tampons .
Normally I get my period for 4 days and it's heavy (super tampons). Since the evening of the 29th I have gone back to brown spotting. What is going on?

We'll Ihad a misscarage at 18. But there was a lot of blod and a lot of pain this time no blood and light pain. Today woke up totally clear no discolouration no blood nothing
