46 years old lower back pains frequent urinating and missed period for 7 months never missed a perioud prior

I I am 46 and my periods were like clock work, on time never late. However, the last 3-4 periods were extremely heavy and lasted longer then normal. January was my last period. About 3 weeks ago, when I would go to the bathroom, I would notice blood on the paper, so I used a panty liner and nothing on the pad. This went on for 3-4 days. Today I think I have started and am using a pad, and noticed blood in both areas. I am a little concerned because I have been experiencing frequent urinating and lower back pains.
