After a miscarriage, is there anything I can do to make my body stronger to carry a child?

Hi Nikki-1096,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Many healthcare providers encourage woman to wait at least a few months to strengthen the chance of a healthy pregnancy.  It takes time for the uterus to recover and for the endometrial lining to become strong and healthy again.

I've included a link that might be helpful
