Am I pregnant or just stressed?

Hi on may3 I did it with my boyfriend. He got out before ejacalation because we used no protection. I try not too stress but it's impossible. I'm not on the pill or anything but a week after we had a sports days and I got a elbow on my left breast not to hurt me but I could feel it hard during the week. I got my periods but their lighter and I got this big cramp at the beginning like normal and a small tenderness in my other nipple. I didn't loose weight but the fact that my periods are lighter freaks me out! We did it on the last day of my periods. Help me plz ! My periods was strong th second as normal butnow their light. Thanks for the help. I'm 17 and don'tknow what to do

Hi Anon,

Since you have had a period since you've had sex, you're not pregnant. Even if it is light, periods change all the time and this is normal... one month it may be heavier than the next and so on. The only way you can be pregnant is if the bleeding is not related to your period at all, but if it occurred at the time you were due for your period to arrive, then it was a period.
Having sex and using the pull out method is not known to be a very effective form of birth control-- if you are not trying to conceive a baby, using another form of contraception like birth control pills or condoms is a good idea.
