Yes, there is a possibility of pregnancy if I understand your description. If your boyfriend ejaculated, and soon afterward (while the semen on his penis was still wet---had not fully dried) put his penis into your vagina, there is a chance of the sperm (in the semen) to still be alive and lead to a pregnancy.
You can use emergency contraception to help lessen your chances of pregnancy from this incident. I hope this helps.
