A single cramp or slight pain in your back could be an upcoming period, ovulation or anything else that is common and will go away on its own.

The pinkish fluid sounds like leftover blood, as miscortes said, or if your boyfriend had any fingers inside your vagina, some small tears can create a little blood that is no big deal, and will heal itself.

It sounds like you may be too scared emotionally to deal with the level of physical/sexual intimacy you and your boyfriend are engaging in. Being worried about a cramp in your back, some pink fluid as being a sign of pregnancy---these indicate that you are very stressed out about what you are doing and not knowing your body at the appropriate level. Hi Anonymous,
The pinkish color may have been just left over blood from your period. You cannot get pregnant with your clothes on or without his sperm entering the vagina.
