If you are having sex without a condom and then put one on before ejaculating there is a chance for pregnancy due to premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is when sperm comes out without you even realizing it, and this usually happens during sex before climax. If you are going to have sex just put the condom on before penetration.
As far as having sex 30 minutes after, sperm can live outside the body anywhere from minutes to one hour so this is another chance you're taking by penetrating your girlfriend with some sperm from the previous act of sex. With this being said, sperm, once outside in air loses its ability to swim. So after 30 minutes, these sperm are either dead or dying. Still, it is better to be safe than sorry.
Wait for your girlfriend to get her next period, if she doesn't get it on time then she can do a home pregnancy test and that will let you know if she is pregnant or not.
