back in december of 2010 i was given a pint of blood, since that time i have had a very thick discharge that at times has traces of blood. it is not painful nor does it itch i had a *histerectmy* in 2003 what could be causing this issue

Thick and clumpy discharge sounds like a possible miscarriage. Since you said you had a hysterectomy, that shouldn't be the case.

Have you been to see your doctor? Have you been tested for STDs?
