been having problems doctor says they found nogiles in the lungs to small to tell anything have a lot of imflamation in lungs want me to take stress test and echo of the lungs. what are they looking for is my heart or lungs?

A lung nodule is a small growth on the lung. To be considered a lung nodule, the growth usually has to be smaller than 3 centimeters. Lung nodules are either considered noncancerous or cancerous. Nodules are typically monitored for any changes, how often will be determined by your doctor. As far as your heart, you will have to ask your doctor what he is looking for based on your examination. It may just be standard of care based on any symptoms you are having.
