I am 47, so I thought it might be some kind of menopause thing. I have had no cramps until today. Some nights it is uncontrollable and I just have sit on the toilet and let it go for a while. Just wanting to make it stop. It affects my life.

Please call and speak with your gynecologist, today. Two months of vaginal bleeding with clots is abnormal and puts you at risk for iron deficiency anemia. Pain that is impacting your daily life cannot be ignored.
