Earlier some three and half ago a cyst was detected in my left breast but the doctor said there was nothing to worry about at the moment. Now for the past one week i am getting a pricking sensation in the area around my right nipple generally when it touches my hand or comes in touch with brassiere or anything. Can you please tell me what it means?
Thanks,

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER and thanks for your question.  Many things can be the cause of this.  From just the area being sensitive, an infection and many other.  It's important to keep monitoring it. If you notice it continues getting worst and does not go away or if it's accompanied by any other symptoms, it important then to see your doctor.  He might suggest having imaging test done. Hope this was helpful?

Best,

Daisy
