bump on head

I have a hard, boney feeling bump on the left side of my head right near the hairline. I had been to the dermatologist and he said that it felt like a boney something and I can't remember what it was. I am now 12.5 weeks pregnant and feel that it may be slightly bigger. Do you have any idea what it is that I could have. It is hard, boney and doesn't move, just the skin around it moves.

Also could pregnancy make a dermatologic this bigger?
