burning irritated tongue tip and lips

My lips and tongue have a mild burning sensation, and are somewhat sensitive. I think it started with toothpaste; after the 3rd change, I used baking soda and peroxide. Still the burning, I am alergic to sulpha drugs. There is no swelling; lips and tongue have a more reddish look. No new drugs or vitamins introduced before this started.

Is your mouth irritated by food, also?
