Thanks for your question-- this really depends on what you mean by a bumpy ride. If you are referring to a car ride that happens to be bumpy, then this does not cause a miscarriage. However, if you are referring to amusement park bumpy rides, then these are not recommended for pregnant women because they are not safe.
