Me and my boyfriend had sex two days ago. He wore a condom and we only did it for 10 minutes. he didnt cum but im just afraid because after we were done he saw pre-cum close to the ring of the condom (on the inside about 1 cm or 2cm away, it was a little speckle). what i heard was that the ring can slip up during sex and im just afraid if that pre-cum got in could i get pregnant? he told me that he had went to the bathroom before we hung out about an hour before we had sex.. i just need to know my options and the chances that i could get pregnant. we are just panicing and dont know what to do because we arent ready to have a child at all, we are only 17

Anonymous,

According to our sex 101 resource,

"Pre-ejaculate is not semen and does not contain sperm. But, it can pick up sperm remaining in his urethra from a previous ejaculation."

It sounds like there's a slim chance, but if you're really worried, you can always turn to the morning after pill (also known as Plan B) which must be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex.
