i had my last period on 4th of july and wont be getting it tell next month i dont know when exactly because i have an irregular cycle.
lately my boyfriend and i have been fooling around
ive read the articals on how dry humping ( with clothes on ) can not cause pregency but now i have two other questions after hearing about precum.
1.if my boyfriend touched him self with precum on his hands and tried to sexual please me but threw my underwear ( so that means i didnt take off my underwear but his hands were in my pants) is there any risk of becoming pregnant ?
please answer im super worried.

As Rosa said, 14 days after sex or after a missed period will give you up to 99 % accuracy.
And again as she said, because you took the test after 12 days of sex then take it again and at this point it would be definitely more than 99 % accurate. If it is negative again, then you are not pregnant and if you didn't get your period, then see a doctor.

the last time i took the test was july 30th and it came it negative wouldnt that be accuret based on when i posted this ? the actual event took place on the 17th

That would make it 12 days after your sexual activity, Two weeks is recommended. Like I said, If you would like to be 100% sure, take another pregnancy test.

For maximum accuracy, it should be taken either two weeks after sex or once your period is late. Your last period was July 4th so by now, if you were to be pregnant, you would have a positive pregnancy test. If you took the test any time after August 2nd, your negative result is over 99% accurate. If you took it before that, take it again and this time you will be absolutely sure that you are not pregnant.

If you have taken a pregnancy test and it is negative, then you are not pregnant. If you are seriously concerned with not having your period for this month, please see your doctor. No one online can tell you if you are pregnant or why you don't have your period this month. We cannot assess you, test you, nor do we know your past medical history. I'm sorry but not even a doctor could provide you with this answer online.
Please, at the very least, give your doctor a phone call if you are still concerned.
