Ok, so i went to get my pills on sunday which is my first day of my new pack (balziva 28 day) and when i went to the pharmacist i didnt have a refill and obviously the obgyn wasnt in her office to call them in. so i took 2 pills on monday. then i went to my boyfriends house and didnt take yesterday sunday (begining of week 2) and monday (today) i am able to get my pills again tomorrow and double up for 2 days. i did have unprotected sex during these days is there any way i can be pregnant? also, i do have to get an ultrasound in 7 days for an ovarian cyst, would there be any way they would see if i was pregnant? or would it be too early to tell..? thank you if any one could answer me asap that would be great!!! im nervous

It may be too early for an ultrasound to tell if you are pregnant or not. I would, however, mention the possibility of pregnancy to your doctor when you go for your ultrasound.
Anytime you have sex, you risk the chance of pregnancy even while taking birth control as nothing carrys a 100% guarentee (except abstinence). You will have to wait and see if you miss a period to find out the result of your unprotected sex and missed pills. There is certainly a risk.
