can I be pregnant with underwear on?

A few days ago my bf and I were fooling around and I decided to give him a handjob for the first time. He had boxers and I had cotton shorts with lacey underwear. When he came, his boxers were wet, and I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. When I did this though I noticed the upper part(by waistband) was a little wet. Could I be pregnant? I started my period later that day but am really worried.

Dear Anon,

No, you are not pregnant. In order to get pregnant, there must be penetration. Sperm on your waistband will not get you pregnant.
