I had sex three months ago, and I have had two periiods since. I have a period two weeks after I lost my virginity, and then another one a month later, that one was exceptionally heavy. But this month I have not. Well not yet. It was due this week but they aren't 100% regular cause I'm only 16. Do you think I could be pregnant. I am so worried because if I am I'd be like 3 months pregnant. and I've just started my a levels so I'm stressing about them too. But if I go to doctors its hard to get to them because I live in a village in countryside with no shops. I'm stressing so much. Can any of you offer me some help or advice? Thank you.

Hi Anonymous,

You could be pregnant if you have had unprotected intercourse since your last period. Take a home pregnancy test. Test in the morning and use the first urine of the day.

I've been on the pill since nov 2014. My last intercourse was on September 21st and i've been getting my bleeds every month since normally, however I know these aren't real bleeds as I'm on the pill. For the last 2 months I've noticed weight gains (never happened before ) , very strong headaches, dizziness, and a very enlarged belly that never goes away. Every time I eat, I feel bloated and now, even when I wake up. I took a urine pregnancy test last week and it was negative. Should I worry that I might be pregnant?

Hi, I had unprotected sex on Nov. 18th and took Plan B about 12 hours after. I got my period a week later on Nov. 26th. I then got it again on Dec. 19th. My breasts have been sore since taking Plan B. But I have taken 5 pregnancy tests since then, one about every week and using different brands and they have all come out negative. Is there any way I could be pregnant? I haven't had sex since the incident in Nov.

Hello!

I am currently studying abroad. I had protected sex with my SO (as always, a condom ad my hormonal BC) in September. Since then I had a period in late September, in October, but not in November or December. I stopped taking my birth control in November and December since I am no longer having sex. I started my BC again this month because I will be going home soon.

Why have my periods stopped in November and December? Could I be pregnant? I will admit I am living in China where the nutritional levels are lower and I've been under high stress. I have lost some weight as well.

I know I may be being irrational but I don't have access to a pregnancy test at the moment. If I am pregnant, I'd be 4.5 months with no symptoms!

I had sex October 31St without protection. I've had two periods since then. One in November and one in December. They were both abnormally light and we're light red and pink. This month I haven't had one and i should've had it by now.
I took one pregnancy test two weeks after I had sex and it was negative. I took another one near the end of December and it was one line and a faint second one.
I'm not stressed about anything even this pregnancy thing.
I just wanna know for sure.

By the way, my moms last pregnancy which was in 2014 she had periods every month she was pregnant and she knew they were periods because she had pms and there were clots. She didn't know she was pregnant until she was 5 months! She did have a healthy baby girl though.

I just want to know if you think I could be?

Hello Anonymous,

Your period may be delayed as a side effect of taking an emergency contraceptive. Changes in the menstrual cycle, such as next period starts earlier or later than expected and a lighter or heavier than normal flow, are a reported side effect.

Now, if you had unprotected intercourse since your last period, pregnancy is possible. If you are late by at least one week, take a pregnancy test.

You can take an early response test but be sure to test in the morning using the first urine of the day.

Maryann

If I had sex on November 21st and got my period about 2 1/2 weeks later around the time it was suppose to come and it lasted about 4-6 days as usual with blood clots. Could I be pregnant? I'm still waiting for my second period to come hopefully.
