Guide

Hello Anonymous,

Welcome to EmpowHER.

I would not take Tylenol along with Coricidin.

Coricidin contains a combination of acetaminophen and chlorpheniramine.

Acetaminophen is a pain reliever and a fever reducer and the ingredient found in Tylenol.

Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that reduces the natural chemical histamine in the body. Histamine can produce symptoms of sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and runny nose.

Regards,
Maryann
