I have had a vitamin D3 deficiency, always feeling fatigue it was 7
before one month I took Vitamin D3 injection, 5 days back i check the level of vitamin it increase up to 20
After in jection my doctor asked me to stop vitamin D3 tablet, and take calcium.
But what i have CALCIUM , MAGNESIUM PLUS ZINK tablet and take 1 tabelt daily.
Today he told me to take vitamin D3 tablet other 1200 once a day or 600 twice a day.

Thank you for you answer, i read alot about vitamin earlier, but the link which you sent it i like it too much.
I got 1000 IU vitamin D3 pills. Not purchase yet.
