Q:

Can she get pregnant?

I cum, whipped off my penis with my hand, whipped off my hand of my thigh and after one minute I put on a nonoxynol 9 lubricated condom with the same hand (i totally forgot that I have semen on my hand because of the excitement, but I believe my hand was still wet). After I put the condom on, I took a grip of my penis and rubbed it once. After this we had intercourse again. What are the odds my girlfriend gets pregnant? This happened one day after her period (the 8th day) and she has a fairly regular period/cycle (usually 28 days)

Please help. Should she take morning pill?

From your description, as well as the timing, it does not sound like she has a very high chance of pregnancy.

Your concern is that there was most likely semen on the condom, from your hand while you put on the condom? Since you wiped your hand on your thigh, then put on the condom, I would not think there would be very much semen leftover.

If you are still concerned, and it has been within 120 hours since this time, your girlfriend may choose to use emergency contraception. Since this occurred a day-after her period, she is most likely not fertile.

Please know these are all in relation to what is most likely; anything is possible (enough semen on condom plus her ovulating extremely early could possibly lead to pregnancy). It is not likely, but possible in theory.
