Can stress diet or medicines affect your PSA level

Some cancer treatments can affect PSA levels.
Diet should not affect it and stress -to a degree yes. A frequent lack of sleep (insomnia) can cause stress which can lower the immune system which can lead to cancer. So all those factors combined may lead to elevated numbers.
