No, vinegar will not clean out the arteries in your leg. If you are having leg pain while walking, please call to schedule an appointment with your physician.

Peripheral artery disease, which is a form of atherosclerosis, chronic venous insufficiency, which is a condition of poor circulation, spinal stenosis, and diabetic neuropathy can cause pain with walking.
