So last night my bf and I were hanging out and things got a little to far. Both of our pants were off but we were being really careful not to touch. If he had a little pre cum, but absoultley no penetration(I only touched his leg with my body), could I be pregnant?

A couple of days ago like 2 or 3 my boyfriend and I got a little goofy.. We were having dry sex and I had my underwear on, after a while his penis went under my underwear for a couple of minutes he was rubbing my vagina there was no penetration and he didn't ejaculate on me. I asked if he felt like he was gonna cum because of pre- ejaculation but he said he was positive he was not close to ejaculation at all. Can I still be pregnant? If there was no penetration nor ejaculation?? I'm scared please answer mee ASAP!!

I would consider it outercourse since you two did not touch each other (well, besides his leg). Sperm must enter the vagina for you to become pregnant. I am sure there is a slight possibility that sperm from him leg may enter the vagina in the right position but honestly, this is going to be highly unlikely.
I am assuming that you are just starting your sexual experimenting and if you have any concerns, have your boyfriend wear a condom just in case you two get intimate. This also may be a good time for you to look into birth control methods also (ex. pill).
I hope this helps settle your nerves.
