Guide

Hello and welcome to EmpowHer,
Atopic dermatitis is a common cause of a itchy nipples. This type of dermatitis is also called eczema, which is an inflammation of the skin. While its cause is unknown, atopic dermatitis can also cause dry skin, itching, and rash.
I highly suggest that you consult a dermatologist because they will be able to give you an accurate diagnosis.
Other causes can include symptoms from breast feeding and/or mastitis.
Below I have pasted a link to a HER article that talks more about mastitis. https://www.empowher.com/breast-conditions/content/mastitis-what-do-when-you-ve-acquired-breast-infection
I hope that helps.
