Guide

Hi Anonymous,
You need to go to the emergency room now. It sounds like you are experiencing angina, which is a symptom of coronary artery disease. Angina can present as pain in the neck, jaw, shoulders, arm, back as well as the chest. It sounds like you are having unstable angina, since the symptoms present without physical exertion. Unstable angina is very dangerous and requires emergency treatment. This type of angina is a sign that a heart attack may happen soon.
Do not delay!
