Hi ,
I have been very thankful to you guys and would like to inform you that i have left smoking and it has been a year and a half .I would like to appreciate for the tips you guys have been giving me during the withdrawal period and i have come up as a winner against nicotine. The issue which i see is i get anxious about the things that dont even exist or 'may' not happen after i left smoking.I consider this as a withdrawal symptom .I am having sea code and i feel better, but i am not sure if they are the reason for my feel better factor..let me know if anything can help me now.

The other things which is of more importance as well is below:

i have a friend who is a female and has been experiencing the pain which is a moderate at the same place of the right portion of the head.

her age is 24 and has a very busy schedule due to work, she sleeps very late at midnight and has not been having proper sleep at times from many months.

From the diet point of view ,she is having good and nutitious food .Although she reacts early to instant situations but does not show a sign of depression.

Is there a reason why the same part of the head complains the pain often?
Thanks again for help again.

Chronic pain should not be ignored and must be evaluated by a physician.

Thanks.I will advise her to do so.Incase i need further help or need an advise i will get back.

The other thing i need an advise is my increased natural titl towards anxiety of the things that may not exist or may not have happened..I get anxious about a situation (related to jobs) quickly. these things have increased after quitting smoking ,i am a patient of High Blood pressure,I was doing night shifts for a long time and after i stopped smoking and doing night shifts i am feeling a change in BP but anxiety has pumped up.Proper sleep and water help me to over come them a bit .Is there anything i can do to avoid them or delay them or stop them.I am sure there must be some life style changes that you can point me to.

Including https://www.empowher.com/users/susan-cody for the situation of my friend which is a bit of worry to me but i am sure it is not of a major issue ,
its just that the pain is chronic.Just need advice if something can be done in terms of life style or this should NOT be ignored.
