the condom on me and my boyfriend broke and i got my period right after could i get pregnant?

Dear Anonymous,

Thanks for posting. If you got your period after then you are not pregnant. This means that you were not ovulating at the time of sex but please be more careful next time. Use another method of contraception if necessary and remember to take good care of yourself and always get tested for STD's.
