Hi Anonymous,

This was a period because it filled pads.

It appears that these recent changes in your menstrual cycle, period starting earlier and lighter menstrual flow, are causing you concern. Please schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss these changes.

Hello Anonymous,

No need to worry. It was not implantation bleeding.

Guide

Hello Anonymous,

I am not aware of stress causing a period to start earlier than expected. Generally, stress can delay a period.

Your age may have a role. If you are an adolescent who has only been menstruating for a short time, the change in the length of your menstrual cycle could be a sign that the hormones which regulate the menstrual cycle are adjusting to normal.

Maryann
