I had unprotected sex the 4th week in February.2 days later I noticed that I was bleeding. It lasted for 3 days.My menstrual usually comes the last week of ever month. Its like it came a week early.I assumed it was my menstraul and
didn't think anynmore of it.Two weeks later I noticed that I started to have lower backaches, low abdominal pain, headaches, frequent urination, feel nauseous in the morning, and I started to feel dizzy sometimes.I have been feeling like this 4 weeks. This month my menstrual came on at the correct time.I noticed that I would wipe with a tissue and there was dark brown blood on the tissue.I decided to put on a pad just in case. The firsr day there was nothing on the pad.The next two days it was this dark brown blood. It was as if it was almost black. The fourth day it was light pink.I haven't took a pregnancy test because I don't knoew what's going on.Help me please!!!!

Is it best if I go to the doctor to get a test done or can I get the dollar pregnancy tests?Do all tests work the same?My period is usually 3 to 4 days long and its usually heavy and red.It usually comes on every Monday morning. This bleeding started last Saturday which is two days before my regular period..I have been bleeding for a week straight. It will be two weeks this Saturday..It started out dark brown for the girst two days and I have been bleeding light pink for the rest of the five days. Its not heavy.I only have to wear one pad a day.The blood doesn't have a smell to it like a menstrual would. So can you tell me what's going on?

JK,

Since I am not a medical professional, I cannot tell you what exactly is going on. If you are concerned about your health, it's best to see a doctor. If you're concerned that you are pregnant, you should take a pregnancy test either at home or at a doctor's office.

JK,

It might be a good idea to take a pregnancy test.

Hi JK,

Welcome to the EmpowHer community. Are you periods usually always regular? Stress, among many other factors could have thrown it off.

Do you use any kind of contraception? If not, pregnancy may be a possibility.

Although women do not normally have full-on, regular periods when they are pregnant, sometimes light and irregular bleeding can occur.

The symptoms that you described are all considered pregnancy symptoms. Right now it may be best that you take a pregnancy test and consider seeing a doctor.

Best,

Danielle.
