I am 17 years old. I got my period and it lasted for two to three days. Then it was gone. the very next day i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and took plan B within the hour. About two days went by and I got my period again, but this time it lasted for five days.

Plan B can cause irregular bleeding, and this is nothing harmful.

Bleeding after Plan B does not indicate if you are pregnant, or not pregnant. If you are having unprotected sex, you do run the risk of unintended pregnancy, and will need to wait until your next expected menstrual period to know if you are pregnant or not.

Please know that Plan B can cause your "normal" period to start late (up to a week, approximately), so don't be alarmed by this if it happens! You can take a home pregnancy test if your period does not begin after a week of when you expect it to.
