Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.
If you would like to know if you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test. Pregnancy is rare after a tubal ligation but a test will let you know for sure. If the test is negative, you may be peri-menopausal, meaning your cycle is changing as you enter middle age.
