So There was no intercourse involved but my boyfriend was finishing (giving himself a hand job) and he started to cum but my vagina was no where near him and I made sure of that. But when I got up to get changed my finger hit a damp spot that was semen on the bedding and I don’t remember if I wiped it off or not. I got up and went to put my underwear on and I had to fix it to put it on (the part in the middle) and I’m scared that if there was even a small amount of semen on the underwear came in contact with my vagina if I could be pregnant. Was also the last day of my period. There was also no wet spot on my underwear from me touching it. I know I’m being paranoid but I’m scared.

Nobody can give you a solid answer to such a question but the odds of pregnancy would be very low. If it was the last day of your period, the odds of you ovulating are very low too.
