You cannot get pregnant like this. There is a risk of pregnancy when a woman has unprotected sexual intercourse with ejaculation that enters the vagina.

For a woman to get pregnant, she has to have unprotected sex with an unclothed male and be ovulating at the same time. Grinding with clothes on will never get anyone pregnancy. Sperm doesn't penetrate clothing and would not be able to find it's way to and up a vagina. That is not how sex/pregnancy works.
