Could I have been pregnant

I'm 44 years and wondering if I'm pregnant. My last menstral cycle was August 15th, Ii was due to start on September 12th. Today marks 15 days late and I think I may have miscarried. I had all of the symptoms of pregnancy, swollen sensitive breast with thrm sometimes feeling engorged and hot, they were also tingling. I woke up this morning to pee snd i felt something fall out and heard it fall in the toilet. When I wiped there was a mucous with blood in it. I looked in the toilet and seen a small mass about the size of an eraser top. It was clear with red inside. For about four hours I had bad cramps and a migraine. I have had a pad on all day and it's dark red brownish on it. I dont understand what happened, think maybe its just my age.

It's hard to know whether you are experiencing changes in your menstrual cycle, had a miscarriage or have another health condition which is impacting your period.

According to Planned Parenthood, the signs of a possible miscarriage are:

  • vaginal bleeding or spotting
  • severe abdominal pain
  • severe cramping
  • dull, lower-back ache, pressure, or pain
  • a change in vaginal discharge

In any case, you should see your health provider for a check up to make sure that you're okay and look out for your health.
