Do hot flashes, cold chills, and night sweats last for the rest of a woman's life with out hormone replacement?

Every woman will respond to the changes in her body associated with menopause and the decrease in hormone production. Not every woman experiences all the symptoms of menopause.

Personally, I have never received hormone replacement therapy, am four years postmenopausal, and do not experience hot flashes.
