Hi, Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHer, and thank you for your question. Let's see what we can figure out.

Anon, have you ever had a sexual partner? Or have you had more than one? If the answer is yes to either question, did you use a condom?

Your discharge, spotting and odor could be due to a variety of different things. You might have an infection, either a vaginal infection that could be cleared up with antibiotics or (if you have been sexually active) or a sexually transmitted disease that could also be treated. Sexually transmitted diseases are very common.

Here's a page about pelvic inflammatory disease, its symptoms (which do resemble yours) and some links down the left side that talk about diagnosis, treatment and so on:

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/pelvic-inflammatory-disease/DS00402/DSECTION=symptoms

Here is a page from the Mayo Clinic about symptoms of different STDs. Please be sure to look at the symptoms for Clamydia, as they seem similar to what you are describing:

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/std-symptoms/ID00053

And here are some of the symptoms of cervical cancer:

It's really important for you to get checked out, Anon. You say you have never been to a doctor; is there a reason for this? Do you need help finding one without your parents knowing?

Planned Parenthood will see you, give you a medical exam and tell you what's going on. They have health centers all over the United States. They are completely confidential -- no one will know that you went. And you can find one of their health centers just by putting in your zip code here:

http://www.plannedparenthood.org/

Here is their page on sexually transmitted diseases:

http://www.plannedparenthood.org/health-topics/stds-hiv-safer-sex-101.htm

Does this help some? Will you make an appointment and get checked out? And then come back and update us? We are here for you and will help you with the answers to any of your questions.
