Do i have a concussion?

I was hit in the head (near the temple and my eye) and my ear is bruised and my face is bruised but it was thursday when i was hit and its sunday. All of the sudden my ears are begining to ring and i have a huge headache.... two major symptoms... in the shower i began to feel a little dizzy too.

Welcome to EmpowHER.  All these can be symptoms of a concussion or head injury.  It's important to see your doctor soon, he might suggest having imaging test done.
