C19911,

Since hand sanitizer is alcohol I suppose it would eliminate some of it at the very least. However, when you have a glob of sperm in your hand it is much more sanitary to wash your hands instead of using hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer is usually used if your hands are dry but you've come in contact with something or someone who may have germs that you want to get rid of. It isn't meant to be used in situations where you have mud or body fluids. As a general rule: any time there are fluids involved you should wash your hands with mild soap and water instead of using hand sanitizer.

Good Luck,

Rosa
