Hi Anon, and thanks for bringing your question to EmpowHER.

Making sure you have the right hormone levels is one of the most important factors in life after a hysterectomy. Please see this information from the EmpowHER community, 10 Tips to Help You Recover from a Hysterectomy, which provides a lot of information to address your concerns.

We have no way of knowing if you will lose your sex drive or not. We can offer support in understanding what you may face and what you can do, through this article, Sex After Hysterectomy.

Does this help? When you're recovering we will still be here for you, with many articles, videos and other information throughout the site to assist you post-surgery.

We hope your surgery goes well and is 100% successful in removal of the uterine cancer.

Best,

Pat
