i was tested negative fr blood test today on oct 13 th with 0.10 mui ... and i had my period at oct 6th due date after my intercourse on sep18 th ... can my cncerns about pregnancy be eliminated completely now and can i relax a bit from now or still there are any chances of pregnancy ?

Yes, you can relax. Having a negative blood pregnancy test and having your period proves that you are not pregnant.
